Eby is a civil engineer (PE) and certified floodplain manager (CFM) with four years of experience in civil site design and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. She has experience with site grading and surface manipulation in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS mapping, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling in HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS.

Eby graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree specializing in Water Resources Engineering and Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Eby relocated to Seattle from Houston, Texas and is eager to explore all the Pacific Northwest has to offer!
