Emmett is an Engineer-In-Training with a background in water resources and river engineering. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on water resources from the University of California, Davis. He has experience developing two-dimensional hydraulic models in HEC-RAS, producing design drawings in Civil3D, and collecting field data to support river restoration and flood mitigation projects across Washington. Emmett is passionate about improving the health of aquatic ecosystems throughout the Pacific Northwest through river and coastal restoration.
