Dawn has a diverse management background, including Office Manager at Teamsters Local 174 in Seattle and as former owner/operator of Home Resource Network, Inc., a contractor referral service connecting homeowners with sustainably focused contractors. As part of the senior management team, she works closely with the partners in the areas of business operations, facilities, contract and budget management, benefits and human resources.
