Amy Grimm has a diverse administrative background that has ranged from work force management, scheduling, process improvement, quality assurance audits and team support. She has supported teams ranging from software engineers to motorcycle instructors while focusing on the unique structure of each team.

When not working, she is actively stage-managing theatre productions in the Seattle area, adding too many books to the never-ending to be read pile, and spending as much time as possible near bodies of water.
