NSD + CGS believes that project success begins with strong project management, the core tenets of which are communication, coordination, and the management of resources. We have extensive experience in the management of large- to small-scale projects, all of which require maintaining close communication with our clients. Principals Leif Embertson, PE and John Soden, PWS have completed the Project Management Academy Training and have incorporated the Project Management Professional tools into our management strategy. For complex projects that include multiple project partners and community stakeholders we will typically prepare a project management plan, risk register, and schedule to ensure that all stakeholders have equal expectations. For smaller or less complex projects, we will prepare a detailed scope of work and schedule. All of our project managers have completed training and use sophisticated project management software to monitor progress and track and deliver data.
