Eleanor is a collaborative project manager and professional engineer who works closely with her clients, permitting agencies, landowners, tribes, and other stakeholder groups to develop robust, sustainable projects. She has 10 years of experience leading stream and wetland restoration projects with expertise in restoration, fish passage, habitat structure design, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, scour analysis, and scour countermeasure design. She has led projects from feasibility analysis through construction including plans, specifications, cost estimating, and construction support. She frequently works in rivers, floodplains, and coastal environments and is familiar with WDFW, FEMA, WSDOT, and FHWA guidance documents. She has completed designs, construction documents, technical reports, and permitting documentation for projects in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California.
