Parker is a licensed civil & environmental engineer, specializing in river restoration and habitat enhancement projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. They have a M.S. from Colorado State University and a B.A. from Willamette University. Parker’s technical background includes hydraulic modeling, drafting, scour analysis, field surveying, and construction oversight. They have collaborated with a diverse range of project partners, including tribal nations, conservation organizations, and public agencies, to deliver designs that integrate ecological function with community values.

Parker works out of White Salmon, WA. They enjoy paddling rivers and playing music.
