Molly has over 16 years’ experience working in environmental consulting and serves as the senior marketing lead for NSD’s three offices in Seattle, Bellingham and Port Angeles, WA. She works with senior staff to develop concept strategies when pursuing work throughout the Pacific Northwest. As an expert in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite, she has extensive experience with all phases of deliverable production, from concept development to distribution of proposals; creating company graphics including the design of proposals, SOQs, prospectuses, brochures, advertisements, posters, info graphics and client specific presentation material. Molly has worked with a broad range of project managers, engineers, scientists, and marketers to produce a wide variety of deliverables; coordinating and collaborating with other editors and document developers across geographical regions, offices, and time zones. She has trained and managed support staff for large document preparation efforts and group projects, from research and scientific data collection, to coordinating 30+ authors on collective proposals and reports. She manages conference participation and sponsorships, offering creative input, design and decisions on marketing products, while also attending and networking on behalf of NSD. In addition, Molly serves as a board member on the Stillaguamish Watershed Council.
