Colin specializes in stream habitat monitoring and salmonid ecology. He has 7 years of experience in stream and fisheries habitat analysis in the ecosystems of the Upper and Lower Columbia River Basin. His expertise includes field data collection utilizing topographic surveys, stream habitat classification, vegetation assessments, water quality sampling, and fish surveys, field crew coordination and supervision, protocol development, data QA/QC and management, report writing including analyzing and synthesizing environmental data and literature, and GIS mapping and processing encompassing topographic data processing, map making, and remote sensing analysis. His weekends sport a variety of skills including skiing, cycling, snowboarding, disc golf and cooking.
